New Flex Fare Supplement
The National Express bus is often the cheapest way to get to the airport in the UK, or transfer between airports with the least expensive ticket requiring a specific bus departure. Online ticketing has added convenience to making budget travel plans. You research and map out your journey for the best experience. But as we all know airplanes don’t always take off or land on time, or travel plans change, and all of a sudden you’re worried what if I miss the bus? So now the National Express has added a new Flexible Fare Add-On for a little piece of mind. For just an extra £5 per person each way, you can sit back stress free and enjoy the journey.
In the past if you needed to change your coach ticket you had to stop at the National Express ticket window at the airport or station. The flex fare addition means you can be completely flexible in which coach you get on going to and coming from the airport. The flexible fare allows you to board on any available coach up to 12 hours before or 12 hours after your original coach departure time. You can also change your ticket to a new departure date free of charge. So if your flight is delayed, you don’t need to worry, just hop on the next available coach. The fare upgrade also entitles you to refund your ticket free of charge up to 24 hours before scheduled departure time. Just add the flexible fare option to your ticket during the booking process.
