Thomastown
is a small country village just along the N9 road from Kilkenny, where
you’ll find just across the road from the walls of the ancient
ruins of Jerpoint Abbey, a lovingly restored former mill house on the
Little Arrigle River, a tributary of the River Nore which winds through
the fields and woods halfway between Kilkenny and Waterford. Set among
the trees with a quiet garden, the Abbey House offers country accommodation
of six bedrooms, all with private baths and comfortable orthopaedic
beds, a large sitting room with open fire hearth for relaxing in a

With
a car, venture through the south east of Ireland to the famed crystal
